Q Do you require a deposit?
A Yes, We take a £20 non refundable deposit to secure a booking with the balance to be paid at the time of delivery.
Q How do I place a booking?
A Bookings are best placed over the phone, or they can be placed online. All online booking will be confirmed over the phone by Aerobounce.
Q Can the bouncy castle go indoors?
A Yes all our Inflatables can go indoors. You will need to check the ceiling height of your chosen venue. All our inflatable are 9' high, except the Small which is 8'. If the Inflatable is going indoors or on a hard surface you will need to let us know at the time of booking.
Q Can the bouncy castle go on a hard surface?
A Yes, You will need to let us know at the time of booking if the Inflatable will be going indoors or on a hard surface.
Q How early do I need to book?
A We will take bookings as late as the same day. Although it is best to place a booking around 3 weeks prior to your event, to ensure you get your preferred choice of Inflatable.
Q Will I receive the Bouncy castle advertised on your website?
A Yes, All the Inflatable advertised on our website are those that are available for hire throughout 2009. We hold a number of each different size, Some colours may vary in our more popular sizes like the Medium. All Inflatables are less than 12 Months old.
Q Do you provide operating instructions?
A Yes, We will issue you with operating instructions upon delivery. Our driver will also talk you through the safe use of the Inflatable, and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Q When are your Inflatables available for hire?
A We are open 7 days a week, all year round. We recommend booking early during the peak summer months as we get extremely busy.
Q Can you supervise the bouncy castle at our event?
A Yes, we can offer members of staff to supervise the Inflatable at your event. We charge £20 per hour with a minimum charge of 6 hours. This service is subject to availability, please contact us if you require us to supervise the inflatable.
Q Are your bouncy castles safe?
A Yes, safety is very important to us, all our inflatable are less that 12 months old and hold a safty tested certifiacte, just like a car is MOTed. Test certificates are available to view upon request.
Q Do you have insurance?
A Yes, Aerobounce holds £1,000,000 public liability insurance. Our insurance certificate is available to view upon request. Please note public liability insurance only covers Aerobounce for their negligence and would not cover you the hiree for your negligence or any damage to the inflatable caused by you the hiree. If you have any questions regarding insurance please contact us.
Q What preparations do I need to make for delivery?
A we need clear access of 3' in width to the site you wish to have the inflatable erected. We will also need suitable vehicle access within a reasonable distance. Our delivery vehicles are all long wheel base panel vans. Your chosen site needs to be reasonably clean, flat and clear of any sharp objects that could damage the Inflatable or could injure any participants.
Q Do your bouncy castles have roofs?
A Yes, All the Inflatables have fixed roofs, except the Slides and Playboy castles, with these the roof is optional. Please advise us at the time of delivery if you require a roof.
Q Is there an age limit?
A Yes, all the Inflatables have an age limit of 14 years and under. Except the playboy castles which are suitable for adult use.
Q Can I cancel my booking?
A Yes, we do not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel the booking three days prior to the hire date, although you will loose the deposit payment.
