Can the bouncy castle go on a hard surface?

Yes, you will need to let us know at the time of booking if the inflatable will be going indoors or on a hard surface. We do not allow the Combi Castles or the Slides to go indoors or on a hard surface for safety reasons.

How much space do I need for the bouncy castle?

You will need in addition to the size of the bouncy castle, 10ft in length and width

How long does the bouncy castle take to set up?

From arrival to leaving normally takes around 15 minuites.

Does the bouncy castle require electricity?

Yes, we will require access to a standard plug socket within 20 metres of where the bouncy castle will be sited.

How tall are the bouncy castles?

All our bouncy castles are 9ft tall, if you are having the bouncy castle indoors you will need a minimum ceiling height of 10 ft.

What time do you deliver?

Our prices include delivery and collection. Deliveries are made between 7am and 12pm, and collections take place between 6pm and 10pm. We are unable to specify an exact time.

Can I have delivery earlier or keep the bouncy castle for longer?

Yes, we offer an early time slot for delivery for an additional £10 charge. This is between 7am and 10am. We also offer a late collection service for an additional £10, between 8pm and 10pm. Also overnight hires are also available.

Can I keep the bouncy castle overnight?

Yes, overnight hires are charged at £20. The bouncy cadtle will the be collected the following day between 7am and 2pm

I'm having the party in a hall, can I specify a time for delivery?

Yes, this is possible. It is advisable to book early if you have restrictions on when the bouncy cadtle can be delivered.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, if your booking is cancelled 3 or more days before the hire date then there is no charge, any booking cancelled within 3 days of the hire date will be charged at the full hire rate.

What if it rains?

All our bouncy castles come with built in shower covers, so you can continue your party if there is a light shower.

When are the bouncy castles available for hire?

The bouncy castles are available every day. We are open through out the year.

I'm not sure If the bouncy castle will fit, can you bring a smaller one just incase?

Sometimes we carry smaller castles on the vans as a spare. This however is restricted to availability of the bouncy castles and the weight capacity of each van. In peak summer months this is usually not possible.

What happens if the bouncy castle will not fit?

The only time we will refuse to leave the bouncy castle is when it would be unsafe to use. If the bouncy castle will not fit we will do our best to rearrange a smaller size. However thus is restricted to availability of a smaller size and availability of staff on the day. Please note re deliveries will incur an additional fee, and if the bouncy castle can not be left for safety reasons the full hire rate will still be chargeable, we therefor please ask that you check the space avaliable is suitable. Do you have insurance?

As a company we hold public liability insurance only. Do not be misguided by some companies that state they are " fully insured ". No hire company can offer you " full " insurance. Our insurance only covers us in the event of a claim, compensation would only be paid out if the bouncy castle was to fail during use that was negligence on our part. All our bouncy castles are maintained to a very high standard and are replaced annually, enuring we have a very modern and safe fleet avaliable for hire. Whilst on hire you will be responsible for any damages to the bouncy castle. You are also responsible for any injuries that might occur, although these are very rare.

Can I have insurance?

You can take out public liability insurance. However we cannot sell this to you ourselves. Public liability insurance will cover you for any legal fees or compensation that is due from a claim in the event of negligence on your part from the use of the bouncy cadtle. You can also take out insurance for accidental damage and theft of the bouncy cadtle whilst on hire to you. Policies start from £15 per day. Please visit www.leisureinsure.co.uk

My postcode is not listed, can I still hire from you?

If your postcode is not listed we can still quote you. Please email us forva quote. Please note deliveries to postcodes not listed will incur additional delivery charges?

Can I pick the bouncy castle up myself?

Due to insurance reasons at the minuite no, but we hope to offer this service in the new year.

How much electricity will the bouncy castle use?

An average days use will cost around £1

I don't have an electricity supply? What can we do?

If the is no electricity power can still be obtained from the use of a generator. You will require a minimum size generator of 2.6kva. We hire generators at £40 per day. Please note fuel is an additional charge.

Can you supervise the bouncy castle for us?

No we only offer hires without supervision

Can you send the hall I'm hiring your insurance certificate?

No. We do not send or allow copies of our insurance certificate. However on request we are happy to show the certificate to you. .

Does the bouncy castle come inflated?

No, when rolled up they are around 4ft high and 3 ft wide. They will fit through most standard door ways. As a rule of thumb, if you can walk the intended delivery route the bouncy castle should fit through.

Can the bouncy castle be delivered up stairs?

Yes this is possible. However please advise us at the time of booking. All delivery crews are single manned so we will require you to assit the driver in carrying the bouncy castle up the stairs. If you are unable at asset the driver there will be an additional charge to cover the costs of a second member of staff.

How big is the delivery van?

We operate a fleet of short wheel base ford transits. If you can park a standard saloon car we can park our vans in the same space.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. At the time of booking we take a £20 non refundable deposit.

Do you offer a discount if we have hired before?

Your custom is valuable to us but we are unable to offer discounts unless you are hiring on 5 or more dates within a 12 month period. Our aim is to offer quality bouncy castles at very competitive prices, in order to offer low prices in the first place we are unable to offer discounts.

Do you provide safety mats?

Yes, if the bouncy castle is going indoors or on a hard surface then we will provide safety mats.
